Option 1: Direct Flight Manila → Siargao
Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines both operate direct flights from Manila (NAIA) to Siargao (Sayak Airport, IAO). The flight takes around 1 hour 40 minutes. Direct routes have increased as Siargao\’s popularity has grown, but seats fill fast — book early, especially for peak season (December–May).

Sayak Airport to General Luna
Sayak Airport is on the northern tip of Siargao, about 30 kilometres from General Luna (the main tourist town). Tricycles and vans meet flights — a shared van to General Luna costs around ₱200–300 PHP per person. A private van is around ₱800–1,000 PHP. The drive takes around 30–45 minutes on good road.
Where to Stay in Siargao
General Luna is the main hub — close to Cloud 9 surf break and the island\’s restaurants and bars. Pacifico in the north is quieter and suited to travellers who want to escape the crowds. Tourism Rd in General Luna has the highest concentration of accommodation.
